Spies warn dangerous new 'player' will join Russian operations in Europe
While public attention usually sticks to open battlefields, a different kind of quiet warfare is brewing in the shadows.
Now, a fresh warning shows that a second major power is ready to step onto the field.
New dangerous player
European security officials are watching the horizon with deep concern. According to Euractiv cited by LA.lv, German intelligence services just issued a stark warning about a rising threat to continental peace.
Another aggressive nation may soon copy Moscow’s exact playbook. Officials fear a dangerous new “player” is getting ready to launch sneaky hybrid operations right inside European borders.
The threat stems directly from the Middle East. Security experts believe that once the current conflict involving the US and Israel winds down, Iranian special services will immediately pivot their focus toward the West.
Tracking the cells
The upcoming campaign will not target massive military bases directly. Instead, secret operatives plan to relentlessly hunt down regime dissidents, political opponents, and anyone holding pro-Israel or pro-American views.
To execute these operations, Tehran intends to rely on a hidden network of people. They are eyeing individuals who previously underwent rigorous military training on Iranian soil but currently live in Western countries.
Germany appears to be a primary hub for these sleeper assets. Counterintelligence teams are already working overtime to closely monitor anyone suspected to “in one way or another help the current Iranian regime.”
The pressure is already causing major movement on the ground. Reports carried by LA.LV show that dozens of known regime collaborators have recently packed up and fled Germany to head back to Iran.
Spreading the word
Meanwhile, those who remain behind are ramping up aggressive propaganda campaigns. Active supporters are loudly calling for “everything to be done so that every Iranian, regardless of where they live, defends their homeland.”
